- Is POS software the same as a retail ERP?
- POS handles the counter sale. A retail ERP connects that sale to the wider shop, including purchasing, inventory, customer and supplier balances, and accounts. OmniBiz includes both in one platform.
- Can OmniBiz POS work without internet?
- Offline staff workflows require a prepared, installed staff app and offline access enabled for your shop in the supplied app version. Supported work depends on the data prepared on that device. An ordinary browser tab or the customer website does not gain offline billing automatically. Ask the team to confirm availability for your setup.
- Can I keep customer udhaar?
- Yes. Record a credit sale against the customer, then record later payments against their account. Their statement shows the related transactions and balance.
- How do I get a new shop set up?
